We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst to support and improve manufacturing operations through detailed process audits. This role involves developing comprehensive audit checklists, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO, AS9100, and other quality standards. You'll play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and complete pre-audit checklists in preparation for manufacturing audits.
• Schedule audits, communicate with customers, and ensure team availability.
• Conduct audits, assessing manufacturing processes and compliance to quality standards.
• Prepare and present audit findings, including corrective action reports and major/minor nonconformance summaries.
• Issue and track corrective actions, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve roadblocks.
• Monitor corrective action plans, ensuring timely resolution and closure of audits.
• Create and deliver presentations to Business Units summarizing findings and actionable outcomes.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years' experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Skilled in using quality tools and systems, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and practices.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting supporting specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and confidence presenting to groups.
• US citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor"s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• AS9100 Rev D Lead Auditor Certification is a strong plus.
• Experience with advanced quality tools and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma practices.
