Pay Rate: $30/hr - $35/hr ( 15% Shift Differential)

Job Type: Direct Hire/Permanent Placement

Schedule: Onsite, 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12:00am)

Your Challenge (Role & Responsibilit

▪ Perform mechanical repairs (and rebuilds) on all ma

chines▪ Work with Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering teams to maintain trouble-free equ

ipment▪ Support with scheduling PM, reading reports, diagrams and dr

awings▪ Working knowledge of tool Probing function for CNC Mill Ma

chines▪ Able to work with complex Numerical Control (NC) machines up to & including

5 Axis▪ Knowledge of OEM machine contr

ollers▪ Perform machine leveling and alignment on all ma

chines▪ Pull and replace machine linear guides and ball

screws▪ Identify and replace parts as nec

essary▪ Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and co

ntrols▪ Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine

issues▪ General facilities maint

enance▪ Coordinate with external suppliers and maintenance companies to ensure timely and accurate completion o

itions▪ In conjunction with production team, will support continuous improvement of development of PM instructions and schedules to prevent fa
