About the Role
An On-Site Position, Drafter/ Detailer job is currently available at Belcan in Windsor, CT. This is a full time, direct position with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have skills with using NX and some practical drafting or detailing experience. You will be part of a team: applying drafting standard practices, methods, and techniques for a variety of products within the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities
- Use appropriate drafting standards to produce various detail, assembly, and layout drawings, or other diagrams and schematics to transform the design into amore useful visual representation.
- Revise drawings to conform to design change orders.
- Assist design personnel, as required, in all other aspects of drawing creation process.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of an Associate degree with engineering experience.
Required Skills
- Minimum Experience: Minimum of Two (1) year of experience.
- Technology: Proficient in the use of CAD NX, and other computer processing tools. Proficient in the use of PLM data management software Teamcenter.
- Citizenship: Due to the nature of the job, US Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.
Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
