Job Description:

Skills Needed:

· Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Highly detail oriented. Ability to handle several tasks/assignments simultaneously and to maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

· Excellent communications, organizational, presentation and project management skills

· Business acumen and strong analytical skills

· Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point

· Proficient in building charts and pivot tables in excel

Desirable attributes/qualifications:

· Licensing experience

· Brand Management experience

· Product development experience in accessory industry

· Knowledgeable in product briefs creation for cross-functional teams, outlining strategies, positioning, concept, and inspiration

· Knowledgeable on aesthetic aspects of product development

· Experienced in licensing and or brand management
