Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information with friendly professionalism
- Handle guest requests promptly, addressing concerns to ensure a positive experience
- Laundry
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details with attention to detail
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property during your shift
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure property standards are upheld
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience with night audit processes and hotel front desk systems is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
- Knowledge of guest relations, hospitality standards, and resort operations beneficial
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining alertness and professionalism
