**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our customer service team. You will play a key part in ensuring our staff are well-prepared to provide outstanding service, resolve issues efficiently, and represent Bela Brand Bat with professionalism.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement customer service training programs, materials, and resources.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
  • Collaborate with management to align training with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer service best practices, and training methodologies.
  • Provide coaching and ongoing support to team members to maintain high performance standards.

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Trainer or in a similar training/leadership role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using training tools, e-learning platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
