RBT - Clinic Based Childhood Autism Classroom

The BEL Center is seeking compassionate individuals to work in our ABA centered early childhood Autism program. The BEL Center is an organization which provides behavioral support services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and families in Southern Vermont. Join our collaborative team to support young children in learning facilitated peer play, functional communication, attending and participation, individualized pre-academic skills development, self-care, emotional regulation, and social skills. This program is housed in our beautiful center in Bratteboro, VT. A love of working with young children and a desire to help them reach their potential a must. Competitive hourly rate and a school schedule. Skills/Requirements: •No experience with ABA required but a willingness to learn is essential. Prior experience working with children is necessary. •Valid driver's license & reliable transportation •Clean background check We are also actively seeking Behavior Therapists (BT) to work directly with children and families in the implementation of Individualized Behavior Support Plans. We are seeking technicians to work with families in our Brattleboro location variety of social and behavioral skills. The Behavior Therapist would be responsible for the implementation and data collection of student specific programming designed to teach functional communication, social skills, functional play, cognitive and self care skills. The BT will be under the direct support and supervision of one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Skills/Requirements: •Bachelor's degree preferred, or significant experience in a related field •Valid driver's license & reliable transportation •Clean background check Ongoing training in ABA is provided to all employees, and opportunities for advancement are available.
