Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Santa Ana, CA, for a Coordinate Measuring Machine Programmer. Responsibilities include programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to conduct dimensional inspections, performing precise quality checks on manufactured parts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role involves interpreting blueprints and technical documents to maintain the highest level of accuracy in measurements and reporting inspection results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using Gauges and performing accurate Measurements
- Experience in Quality Control processes, including calibration and inspection techniques
- Strong understanding of Calibration procedures and the ability to operate inspection equipment
- Detail-oriented approach and excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CMM programming and operation is essential
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training is a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing, aerospace, or medical industry is a strong advantage
