The Opportunity
We’re seeking compassionate, dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in providing day-to-day care, building relationships with residents, and being part of a workplace that feels more like family.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Accurately take and record vital signs
- Deliver compassionate care to residents with a wide range of needs, including dementia, infectious disease, geriatric, and hospice care
- Apply your knowledge of human physiology to ensure quality and safety
- Collaborate daily with a team of familiar, dedicated coworkers who know and support you
What We’re Looking For:
- Active STNA certification in the state of Ohio
- Previous experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or other EHR systems is a bonus
- Strong communication skills and a heart for service
- Team-oriented mindset—because we’re all in this together

Work Location: In person – because real care can’t be outsourced.

- 6:00am-6:00pm
- 6:00pm-6:00am
- Shift Differentials Available
- 3 day weekend every two weeks
