What You’ll Do
- Build and assemble blow molding machines, equipment, and sub-assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering and production teams
- Perform basic maintenance and equipment repairs as needed
- Operate tools and material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.)
- Follow all OSHA, MIOSHA, and company safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical background or 2 years of related experience (or technical certification)
- Experience with large assemblies or industrial equipment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and work with metric and inch measurements
- Basic electrical knowledge and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
