Job Title: Operator Technician - Bunching Reports to: BUN Team Leader
Team Member Responsibility
It is the responsibility of every Team Member to observe all Health and Safety rules, to use good housekeeping practices, to use safe work practices, utilizing the BeCare tools, Life Saving Rules, wear personal protective equipment supplied for the type of work being performed. Team Members are expected to report any unsafe act or working conditions immediately. Any violation of safety rules or expectations will result in disciplinary action.
Each Team Member must follow all Environmental guidelines and is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly manufacturing environment that ensures safe, high quality and efficient productivity.
Each Team Member is an important part of ensuring the quality of Bekaert’s products. Our quality is important for sustaining a good and long-lasting partnership with our customers. - Quality is each team members responsibility, and each operator has the authorization to shut down their machine if it is not producing A-Quality material for our customer.
- Meet all Safety standards.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned that are not unethical or unsafe.
- GED or High School Diploma
