Purpose and Mission
- Responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the efficient planning and execution of maintenance activities.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organize maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling maintenance tasks and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion.
- Data Entry: Input and update data in maintenance management software
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for maintenance requests and communicate with various departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics.
- Support: Provide general administrative support to the maintenance planning team, including filing, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and maintenance management systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Maintenance Planning or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
