Purpose and Mission
- Responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the efficient planning and execution of maintenance activities.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organize maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling maintenance tasks and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion.
- Data Entry: Input and update data in maintenance management software
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for maintenance requests and communicate with various departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics.
- Support: Provide general administrative support to the maintenance planning team, including filing, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
