Role Description
- Part-Time and full-time time positions for mover and drivers.
- based in Arnold, MO.
The Mover/Driver will be responsible for safely transporting clients’ belongings to their destination, loading and unloading vehicles, packing and securing items, and ensuring careful handling of all property. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness, conversing with customers, and the loading of equipment on and off vehicles, adhering to schedules, while being flexible, and delivering exceptional customer service during each move.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina, ability to lift and move heavy items for extended periods of time, experience with safe lifting techniques is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and familiarity with local and long-distance routes (drivers only)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and skills in packing, organizing, loading, unloading, and securing items for safe transport
- Customer service-oriented with clear communication and problem-solving abilities
- Punctual attendance and a flexible work schedule
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in moving, logistics, or transportation is a plus but not required.
Compensation
- Movers Compensation: $16.00 (depending on experience and availability).
- Drivers Compensation: $20.00 (depending on experience and availability).
