WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:
This is a full-time customer service position at our office with a Monday through Friday schedule, typically between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM.
As our Customer Care Associate, your day will start with jumping into calls, texts, and emails-making sure every customer gets a warm, professional response. You'll guide clients through our intake process, refer them to the Service Manager when needed, and keep tabs on our job pipeline to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll manage the schedule like a pro, assist technicians in the field, and follow up on leads from platforms like Google, BBB, and our website. From tracking appointments in Housecall Pro to preparing estimates, sending confirmations, and helping the Office Manager with special projects, you're the one keeping operations humming and customers happy. You'll even monitor technician GPS locations to ensure peak efficiency-and you'll do it all with a calm confidence and an eye for detail.
