Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Commercial Coordinator to support strategic and operational initiatives across multiple departments within a dynamic sports entertainment channel. This professional will play a key role in driving revenue-focused projects, creating executive-level presentations, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English, highly proficient in Microsoft 365, and excels in communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic

• This position reports to the Director of Commercial Strategy and supports the Managing Director in executing cross-functional initiatives aligned with business growth and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Programming, and Business Development to ensure strategic alignment across departments.
• Prepare high-level presentations and strategic briefs for leadership and external partners.

Operational

• Coordinate logistics, timelines, and deliverables for multi-departmental projects.
• Manage documentation, meeting schedules, and follow-ups to ensure project continuity.
• Serve as a central point of contact for operational support across teams.

Measurement, KPIs & Success Metrics

• Track progress of key initiatives and report on milestones and outcomes.
• Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of KPIs related to revenue, efficiency, and engagement.

Competencies

• Bilingual Communication: Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Presentation Skills: Ability to create compelling, executive-level presentations and reports.
• Organization & Time Management: Skilled in managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and cultures.
• Analytical Thinking: Capable of interpreting data and providing actionable insights.
