The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products within the warehouse. This role involves pick/pack operations, palletizing goods for shipment, operating various warehouse equipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

What experience is required for this position?

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role
• Must have FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
  
  

Key Information:

• Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities for the Warehouse Associate:

• Pick/Pack Operations:
• Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping
• Label packages with shipping information and ensure proper documentation
• Palletizing Goods:
• Organize and stack products on pallets for shipment
• Ensure pallets are stable, secure, and meet shipping standards
• Equipment Operation:
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, and cherry pickers
• Perform regular equipment checks and report any maintenance needs
• Inventory Management:
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions
• Assist in managing stock levels and reordering supplies as needed
• General Warehouse Duties:
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
  

Qualifications for the Warehouse Associate Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred. '
• Must have experience operating Forklifts
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
• Offer of employment subject to drug and background screening.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
• Capacity to perform physical tasks that require repetitive motions
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds
