Beijing Yummy Garden is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, responsible Cashier and Customer Service Associate where you'll be the friendly face that enhances every dining experience. In this energetic role, you'll handle transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, assist customers with their needs. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring customers leave satisfied and eager to return.
Applicants must have genuine love of hospitality and understanding the importance of building relationships with both customers and team members.
Responsibilities include:
· Answering phone calls / taking both phone-in and walk-in orders.
· Accurately ring up orders; change of orders; Handling take outs
· Processing payments (cash, credit) via pos systems and managing cash drawers.
· Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations.
· Ensuring the restaurant is spotless and welcoming and ready for Guests.
· Addressing Guest issues in a timely and effective manner.
· Ensuring the best possible experience for all of our guests at all times.
· Running the floor
· Other duties as assigned as needed.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
