Server/Wait Staff

Server Skills and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance (menus, tea, side dishes)
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Knowledge about POS systems
• Inputting orders on the POS system
• Take and Serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions with a positive attitude
• Bags ToGo orders accordingly
• Understanding how to use food delivery tablets (DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.)
• Collects payments by accepting cash, card, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.
• Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Server Requirements:

• Fluent in speaking Korean
• Prior restaurant serving/waitering/customer service experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• 18 required, as you will be serving alcohol

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.20 - $50.00 per hour
