Position Overview
We are seeking a Roofing Application Engineer to support our sales team by providing technical expertise in commercial roofing systems. This role will play a key part in bridging technical solutions with customer needs, ensuring successful project delivery and strengthening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the sales team on commercial roofing systems and applications
- Assist in project design, system selection, and specification development
- Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshooting, and application guidance
- Support product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, product, and operations) to resolve technical issues
- Ensure proper installation practices and compliance with project requirements
- Participate in pre-sales and post-sales technical support activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial roofing or related industry
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, etc.
- Experience supporting sales teams or working in a technical service role is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel locally for project support

Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
