We’re a vibrant greenhouse and garden center dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences in a beautiful, plant-filled environment. We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate who is passionate about plants, loves helping people, and excels in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist Customers: Help shoppers select plants, gardening products, and answer general inquiries.
- Customer Service: Deliver friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support to our diverse clientele.
- Transactions: Process purchases accurately, handle payments, and manage cashier duties.
- Housekeeping & Inventory: Keep work areas tidy, replenish stock, and maintain a clean, welcoming greenhouse.
- Physical Demands: Work in varied conditions (heat, humidity, dirt, and water), lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs, and stand/walk for over 6 hours per shift.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, cashiering, or a leadership role. (preferred but not required)
- Availability to work at least 4 days/week, including weekends and evenings.
- Enthusiasm for plants/gardening and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced physically demanding environment.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
