POSITION SUMMARY
Join Hawaii’s leading distributor of agricultural and industrial chemicals, fertilizer and specialty products. Work in congenial office under the general supervision of the Senior VP, Finance & Treasurer while managing the Company’s Accounts Receivable functions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is our main customer contact for account credit holds. The A/R clerk also reviews customer account histories, manages customer account balances, prepares the daily cash deposit, applies payments to customer accounts, maintains A/R files, mails monthly statements to customers as needed, files A/P invoices, and distributes interoffice and U.S. Mail on daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of general office principles and practices. Three (3) years of A/R experience or equivalent. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent telephone etiquette, written & verbal communication skills. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and follow directions. Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.

Pay: Dependent on experience, but starting at $40k.
