Job Name: Residential HVAC Installer
Reports To: Residential Install Manager
Expectations for the role: To provide great customer experience through quality workmanship and communication with fellow coworkers and customers.
Job Duties:
- Perform assigned installation to company quality standards while maintaining code requirements.
- Keep job sites clean and organized.
- Keep truck stock at appropriate levels turning in restock sheets on a weekly basis.
- Assign the apprentices on the job site their duties for the day, monitoring the quality of work and coaching them up to continue their progress towards a lead installer.
- Communicate with install manager on job progress.
- Maintain proper record keeping in Payzer.
- Inform management of any issues that arise on the job.
- Maintain a safe job site.
- Have an EPA refrigerant license.
