Location: United States (with periodic travel to Belize)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Plant Manager to oversee daily production operations at our U.S.-based facility and support operational functions at our partner location in Belize. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at optimizing production, and is comfortable traveling internationally for operational assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all plant operations, including production, quality control, safety, and maintenance.
- Lead, train, and develop production teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with management teams in both the U.S. and Belize to align production goals.
- Travel to Belize periodically to support plant activities, provide on-site leadership, and ensure operational consistency.
- Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across both locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in plant or production management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and quality assurance.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international teams or multi-site operations.
- Knowledge of safety programs, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma principles.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
