Responsibilities
- Pack products securely according to company standards and specifications
- Prepare shipments by labeling, weighing, and organizing packages for delivery
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment and assist with assembly tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory workspace
- Inspect products for quality control, ensuring defect-free items are shipped
- Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies and recording stock levels
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- Prior experience in packing, shipping, or factory work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and documentation
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and recording data accurately
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining workflow continuity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and comfortably as part of daily duties
