Every day, you will coordinate deliveries from trucks and railcars, monitor tank levels, and process inventory transactions to ensure production continues seamlessly. You’ll inspect incoming materials, replenish supplies, and respond to requests from sales, plants, and corporate offices - all while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. From training team members to participating in spill response, your impact will be felt across the plant as you ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Required Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Lead safe and efficient handling, storage, labeling, and documentation of yard materials under the solvent recovery program to ensure compliance and sustainability.
- While previous forklift and reach truck experience is preferred, we accept candidates without prior experience who are willing and able to complete training and acquire forklift certification.
- Monitor and replenish MRO inventory items, guaranteeing that essential supplies are always available to support smooth production operations.
- Ensure raw materials such as labels, stickers, and box trays are stocked in adequate quantities to keep manufacturing lines running without interruption.
- Responsibilities involve lifting products up to 75 lbs, several times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Lead Receiving Operator starts at $23.50/hr. Team members will receive a $0.50/hr increase at 6 months of employment and another $0.50/hr increase at one year of employment.
- Any shift that starts from 12 PM or later (off-shifts) also receives a $3/hr shift differential.
- Quarterly and holiday bonuses are available.
- Accrue 15 paid days of vacation time off the first year plus 5 days of sick time off.
