Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the order prepartion process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
Responsibilities
- Match materials packing slips up to customer purchase orders and then reconcile materials packing slips against customer orders for accuracy.
- Record materials receiving data into internal order management system.
- Print tracking labels for materials boxes for inventory management purposes.
- File work orders into production filing que.
- Investiage materials variances with customers or materials vendors.
- Scan completed work orders into internal cloud storage.
Skills
- Very high attention to detail due to large number of different materials providers and part/style numbers involved.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products or apparel industry preferred.
We do not offer health insurance or 401k at this time but we do expect to offer both sometime in 2025. We do offer paid holidays after 60 days and we do offer PTO after 1 year.
