We are seeking a talented, values-aligned Associate Orthodontist to join our expanding team. This is a unique chance to step into a high-performing, high-volume practice with strong systems, trained support teams, and predictable starts.

You will be supported by experienced orthodontic assistants and a high-performing new patient exam / conversion process.
Required Skills- DDS/DMD and completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency
- Eligible for (or holding) a Virginia dental license
- Strong diagnostic ability and treatment planning judgment
- Comfort with braces and clear aligner therapy
- Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
- Ability to manage active cases efficiently and finish at a high level
- Team-oriented mindset and professionalism
- Experience with high-volume or multi-site practices
- Invisalign or clear aligner certification
- Familiarity with digital workflows (scanning, CBCT-based planning)
- Interest in mentoring, system refinement, and leadership growth
