- Assist in creating guidelines and processes for this center and future centers
- Small caseloads to support high-quality ABA therapy
- Dedicated operations and corporate team to manage admin, onboarding, hiring, etc., so you can focus on your ABA team and clients
- Conduct assessments and design data-driven treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of implementation
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain high ethical and clinical standards
- Contribute to an environment of teamwork and professional growth
- BCBA certification given by the BACB
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona
