Behavioral Strides Therapy is a provider of ABA services throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. We are looking for passionate and skilled BCBA's to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Role Description
This position is flexible for either part-time or full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, and supervising behavior technicians. This is a hybrid role, with some work done on-site in Delray Beach and some remote work.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- BCBA/BCaBA certification
- Experience in the field of ABA
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
