We are looking for both pediatric and adult specialists. We offer both in-office and telehealth/hybrid practice models. Current licensure is required, in one or more states.

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologists to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various therapeutic modalities and a passion for helping individuals achieve their behavioral health goals. The Clinical Psychologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning to support patients in their journey toward improved behavioral health.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' behavioral health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
  • Provide various therapeutic services including behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, grief counseling, and possibly group therapy.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention sessions as needed to support clients in distress.
  • Engage in child family counseling to address issues within family dynamics.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in clinical counseling and special education.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology.
  • Valid state licensure as a Psychologist.
  • Proficiency in assessment, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of all backgrounds.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards within the therapeutic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
