The Behavioral Medical Center in Troy, Michigan is currently seeking a part time medical administrative assistant/receptionist with experience working in the health care field.
The position is Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am - 5 pm. There is on the job training.
No weekends or evenings.
Job responsibilities include patient check in, check out, scheduling appointments, collection of payments, answering phone calls, checking insurance coverage, obtaining insurance authorization, obtaining vitals signs and other general administrative tasks.
Strong computer skills required. Office experience preferred.
