Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Independent Home Support (IHS) Program
We are seeking compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one‑to‑one support to individuals receiving services through BMLLC. In this role, you will help promote independence, ensure safety, and support the development of social and interpersonal skills in a home and community setting.
This position is part of our Independent Home Support (IHS) program and requires the use of your personal, fully insured vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, individualized support in the home and community
- Ensure the individual’s safety and well‑being
- Encourage positive behavior and model appropriate social skills
- Support daily living activities and community engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation as required
