This is a full-time, on-site position as a Program Therapist located in Houston, TX. The Program Therapist will be responsible for facilitating group and individual therapy sessions, conducting clinical assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and contributing to case management tasks. Program Therapists will also maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and provide support for clients throughout their recovery journey.
- Experience in conducting therapy sessions including group, individual, and family counseling
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans
- Strong skills in clinical assessments, diagnosis, and case formulation
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and familiarity with regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Texas
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Previous experience in an inpatient or outpatient mental health setting is a plus
