Clinical Director – ABA Behavioral Health
Location: Dearborn, MI

Salary Range: $100,000– $120,000 per year

Our ABA Behavioral Health is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and behavioral health services. We are passionate about delivering individualized, evidence-based care to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disorders in homes, schools, and community settings.
Position Summary
The Clinical Director oversees clinical programming, supervises behavior analysts and technicians, and ensures the highest standards of ethical and effective treatment. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on clinical expertise to guide program development, compliance, and staff training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
- Responsible for supervision and outcomes of caseloads of clients under the care of 4-6 Clinical Managers.
- Develop, review, and monitor individualized treatment programs based on ABA principles.
- May supervise up to 5 BCBAs or Clinical Supervisors carrying a caseload of 1000 monthly hours each.
- Oversee clinical management of a caseload of 400 monthly hours
- Weekly billable hours of minimum 15, with expectations up to 25.
- Provide clinical, operational and strategic leadership necessary to fully implement and manage the PATTERNS treatment model and communicate strategies to executive, management, administrative and clinical staff
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to BACB, state, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with families, school teams, and other providers to support client success.
- Lead clinical training, mentorship, and professional development initiatives.
- Monitor caseloads, treatment integrity, and clinical outcomes.
- Contribute to regional program growth and strategic planning.
- Knowledge and application of healthcare systems (Medicaid, Managed Care)
- Financial and fiscal impact reporting
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification and in good standing with the BACB (required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ABA service delivery, including 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong independent clinical decision making skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coaching skills.
