HR Associate

The HR Associate supports daily human resources operations and provides administrative assistance across recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and applicants, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support benefits enrollment, payroll processing, and leave administration.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and personnel documentation.
• Assist with training, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in human resources.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
