- $35–$40/hour – License-eligible (Residents/Supervisees)
- $40–$50/hour – Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSATP)
- Must be willing to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients

Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is seeking Telehealth Outpatient Therapists to provide virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults across Virginia. This is a remote counseling role with flexible scheduling, steady referrals, and strong clinical support.

⭐ Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or family therapy via telehealth
- Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
- Collaborate with supervisors and care teams as needed
- Support clients in developing coping skills and achieving treatment goals
- Maintain a minimum active caseload of 15 clients
⭐ QualificationsRequired
- Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSATP, Resident in Counseling, or Supervisee in Social Work
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Reliable internet, private workspace, and ability to provide telehealth services
- Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills
Preferred
- Experience with outpatient therapy, telehealth services, or community mental health
- Familiarity with Medicaid requirements and EHR documentation
