Requirements
Manage a caseload of clients receiving community-based services
- Provide Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) and Intensive In-Home (IIH) services
- Serve children, adolescents, and adults in the community
- Complete documentation within 24 hours
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
- Participate in weekly supervision and team support
- Must be QMHP or QMHP T certified or eligible under Virginia DBHDS guidelines
- Minimum of one year of mental health experience (community-based preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Self-motivated and committed to client success
- Passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs
- Consistent caseloads (no client chasing)
- Clear expectations and structure
- Strong clinical oversight and supervision
- Respect for clinicians’ time and work-life balance
