We are currently seeking Support Staff professionals to join our growing Adult Residential and Crisis programs serving adults, children, and families across the North Country. We Are Hiring For
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions
- Evening (2nd Shift) and Overnight (3rd Shift) schedules
- Adult Residential Programs
- Adult & Children’s Crisis Houses
What You’ll Do
As a Support Staff team member, you will provide direct support to individuals experiencing mental health, behavioral health, or life stability challenges by helping create a safe, supportive, recovery-focused environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting residents and participants with daily living skills
- Providing emotional support, de-escalation, and encouragement
- Assistingindividuals in developing coping and wellness strategies
- Maintaining a safe, structured, and welcoming environment
- Supporting transportation, appointments, activities, and community integration
- Observing self-medication administration per program protocols
- Documenting services and participant interactions
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary behavioral health teams
- Assistingduring crisis stabilization and recovery support services

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Human services, behavioral health, psychology, social work, or related experience preferred
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health or substance use challenges is a plus
- Valid NYS Driver’s Licenserequired
- Ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
