Behavioral Health Resources is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to provide analysis, guidance, and recommendations in the areas of recruitment and selection, classification, compensation, medical leave, reasonable accommodation, benefits administration, training and organizational development, policy and procedure development. This position will work remotely up to 80% of the time. Occasionally in-office responsibilities will require more frequent in-office attendance.
Compensation: $57,000 - $78,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology or similar field and two years of related work experience. Additional experience may substitute for the degree on a year for year basis.
- Demonstrated knowledge of personnel administration principles, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of and experience in effective recruitment and selection practices.
- Previous experience with conducting new employee orientations.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in administering medical leave programs.
- Strong organizational, research, and analytical skills.
- Previous experience with union labor practices and collective bargaining environments highly desired.
- Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
