Licensed Mental Health Therapist

We are currently seeking a licensed outpatient mental health therapist to join our dynamic team.

Position Details:

· Job Title: Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LPC, PsyD/PhD, LMFT)

· Location: 314 Canyon Park Dr, Pelham, AL

· Compensation: Dependent on credentials and experience

Responsibilities:

· Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse clientele

· Utilize evidence-based practices to support clients with mental health challenges, life transitions, and relationship issues

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

· Ability to offer in person as well as telehealth appointments

· Maintain a schedule of 28 - 34 patient hours weekly.

· Maintain an active license with regular and timely completion of CE hours

Qualifications:

· Required: LCSW or LMFT licensure (active and in good standing)

*must be able to practice independently. We are not currently able support students or licensees requiring supervision. 

· Experience: 2 – 3 years previous clinical work

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Passionate about supporting clients’ mental health and well-being

· Familiarity with DBT and/or CBT-I
