BHN is seeking a Family Therapist to join our Family Center program and provide critical support to individuals and families navigating substance use recovery.

- Provide clinical therapeutic, educational, and support services to individuals and families
- Complete intakes, comprehensive assessments, screening, and orientation functions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and aftercare plans
- Collaborate with the childcare team to implement child service plans and monitor progress (e.g., school enrollment, therapy, camps)
- Attend and contribute to Plan of Safe Care meetings to ensure continuity of care for infants and families
- Serve as a communication bridge between the childcare team and outside providers (schools, childcare programs, camps, Horizons for the Homeless, etc.)
- Plan and lead monthly Family Engagement Events to connect families with community resources (e.g., Al-Anon, Learn to Cope)
- Master’s Degree in a related field (required)
- Licensed: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, LADC I or II (required)
- Experience in substance use disorder or mental health treatment (required)
- Strong ability to build rapport with substance-using populations and families
