The overall goal is to help individuals who have a serious mental illness achieve their maximum potential while living in the community. Who You Are
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with transition age youth/adults preferred. Diagnosis of ASD and/or lived experience with mental illness or trauma.
- Experience in navigating any of the community-based systems and teaching people who are involved with these systems preferred.
- Must have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable vehicle for all working hours required.
- Must have familiarity with internet, word processing and email system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
