Your experience, knowledge, and valued skills will support the CBHI program with the following:
- Impacting the lives of youth and families by conducting assessments, and triage for the youth and family outreach programs.
- Manages flexible schedule consistent with family and program needs.
- Providing comprehensive community-based and telehealth behavioral health diagnostic assessments to youth.
- Providing compassionate care to individuals needing mental health services.
- Conducting triage calls to youth and families for CBHI programs.
- Building collaborative relationships with various internal and external child-serving programs and partners.
- Ensures timely response to all written, electronic, and verbal communications.
- Master’s Degree in a license-eligible behavioral health field required.
- Must be CANS-MA certified within 1 week of hire.
- Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
- Must have knowledge of mental illness/SED as manifested in children and adolescents as well as knowledge of treatment techniques.
- Excellent Computer skills, Including email, and database systems.
- Knowledge of Community resources, and how to help individuals served access them.
- Must have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and automobile available for all working hours.
