What You Will Do

• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans and clinical interventions with individuals served
• Provide modeling and clinical oversight for outreach and GLE direct care staff
• Oversee clinical services for the Integrated Team, performing LPHA-designated functions per contract
• Ensure program adherence to clinical standards and funding source requirements
• Produce documentation and treatment plans that meet DMH/ACCS standards and evidence-based practices
  
  

Who You Are

• Master's Degree in a mental health-related field required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Human Service field
• Knowledge of the interface between mental health, medical conditions, substance abuse, care management, recovery principles, evidence-based practices, and trauma-informed treatment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Committed to individuals served empowerment, human rights, and community integration

Salary Range:$55,000-$72,000
