Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at BHN’s Carlson Recovery Center, you will provide direct care and daily support to individuals in treatment for substance use disorders. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care, meals, and daily activities.
- Monitoring physical health and emotional well-being of individuals served.
- Checking vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting with basic medical procedures.
- Supporting clients through behavioral interventions and daily schedules.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with nursing and supervisory staff.
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.
- Participating in safety checks and team collaboration to uphold quality standards.
Who You Are
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course or equivalent (required).
- Prior experience in a hospital, behavioral health, or recovery setting (preferred).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting individuals in recovery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility needs.

Salary : $22 - $24
