Key Responsibilities
Research and Analysis: Patient Experience
- Conduct research and analysis of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and patient satisfaction data
- Identify trends, patterns, and key drivers impacting patient experience
- Develop insights and recommendations to improve satisfaction and engagement
- Analyze data related to Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program launches
- Track performance metrics and support evaluation of program effectiveness
- Partner with operations teams to identify opportunities for optimization
- Analyze data associated with Corrective Plans of Action (CPO)
- Monitor progress, measure outcomes, and identify areas for improvement
- Support reporting and documentation of findings
- Assist in evaluating Strategic Response Plans (SRPs) through data analysis and performance tracking
- Provide insights to support decision-making and execution of strategic priorities
- Create clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis functions); experience with data visualization tools is a plus
- Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Interest in behavioral health or healthcare operations
- Experience working with large datasets or performance metrics
- Familiarity with quality improvement or healthcare compliance initiatives
- Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making
- Hands-on experience in healthcare operations and performance improvement
