Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dynamic and talented Clinical Lead to join the team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. Referral Management Clinical Lead has the responsibility of supervising and providing assistance to the Clinical Director with clinical oversight of the Referral Management Clinicians and Nurses. Duties include support with review of clinical assessment/referral documentation, daily communication with referral sources regarding patient case status, new hire orientation, and training of Clinicians and Nurses in workflow processes and procedures

Qualifications
EDUCATION
Nursing Degree or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current license in state as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (“LMFT”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”), or Registered Nurse (“RN”).
Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Experience
Required 1-3 years of similar experience / Leadership experience
Preferred 3-5 Years Of Similar Experience

Job Duties/Responsibilites
- Duties include help with team scheduling, filling in for call offs as appropriate, and daily reports. Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills are critical components of this job.
- Support with review of clinical assessment/referral documentation.
- Completing and track reports/metrics pertaining to referral received to optimize processes and improve patient care
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with referring facilities and other stakeholders. Ensuring visits to intake facilities as warranted
- Providing resources and guidance to clinicians and nurses with complex cases responsible for providing and assisting staff with resource navigation.
