Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) is a growing multidisciplinary mental health organization serving communities across Wisconsin through outpatient clinics, school-based services, and statewide telehealth programs. We are seeking compassionate, motivated Psychologists and Post-Doctoral Clinicians who want to practice in a collaborative, evidence-based environment focused on quality care, accessibility, and professional growth.
We are currently hiring full-time and part-time clinicians for therapy, psychological testing, assessment, and supervisory opportunities.
πΏ Hybrid Position β De Pere, WisconsinThis hybrid role offers remote flexibility with regular in-person clinical time at our De Pere office. Candidates should be comfortable incorporating onsite services into their weekly schedule.

Qualifications- PhD, PsyD, or Post-Doctoral clinician
- Wisconsin licensed, license-eligible, or PSYPACT eligible

Flexible W-2 models designed to support clinician goals and work-life balance:
Fee-for-Service Model: Competitive rates based on licensure and experience
($95 per billed clinical hour)

Salary Model: Market-competitive compensation based on experience and role responsibilities
