Description: The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, support referral growth, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This role manages key digital platforms, content development, and marketing campaigns while collaborating with internal teams to support organizational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Execution & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, website, and paid ads)
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Support referral growth initiatives through targeted marketing efforts
- Identify and prioritize high-value referral sources (health systems, schools, PCPs, community orgs)
- Partner with leadership to support new location launches and service expansion
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and payer landscape to inform strategy
- Recommend new initiatives to increase client acquisition, retention, and service utilization
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Develop and distribute newsletters and email communications
- Maintain and update online directory profiles (e.g., Psychology Today, Therapy Den)
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and client feedback
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials
- Support internal communication efforts as needed
- Partner with clinical and administrative teams to support marketing initiatives
- Assist with coordination of outreach activities and events as needed
- Support tracking of key marketing metrics and contribute to monthly reporting

- Foster a collaborative and professional work environment
- Maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, and community partners
- Manage marketing tools and platforms (email systems, CRM, scheduling integrations, analytics tools)
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related role (healthcare experience preferred)
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Workspace, HubSpot or CRM, Canva, basic analytics tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital content
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
